Kelly Humphries, PE, PMP CEO Education: Texas A&M, B.S. Civil Engineering; Tulane University, MBA Business Administration, Finance, and Management
Memberships: Project Management Institute, Society of American Military Engineers, Houston Aggie Women
Experience: Extensive civil engineering experience with a particular emphasis in hydrology and hydraulic studies and design. Technical experience includes flood control/drainage analyses, mitigation planning, and storm sewer design. Ms. Humphries is an experienced project manager and is trained in project management principles, as outlined by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Liz Parent, PE, CFM, ENV SP CFO Education: Texas A&M, B.S. Civil Engineering
Memberships: Society of American Military Engineers, Texas Floodplain Management Association.
Experience: Ms Parent graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003, and has extensive experience in Hydrology and Hydraulics for municipalities in the greater Houston area. Her experience includes drainage studies, impact analyses, FEMA submittals, floodplain mapping, unsteady modeling, drainage plan preparation, master planning and NPDES work.
Jennie Almerico, PE Vice President, Director of Business Development Education: Texas A&M University, B.S. in civil engineering.

Experience: Ms. Almerico has is a registered professional engineer with extensive civil engineering design experience, with all of which are specialized emphasis in the discipline of water and wastewater projects. Her background includes design and management of wastewater facilities and sanitary sewer collection system rehabilitation projects, water system improvement projects, wastewater facility new design and improvement projects, and water system modeling. She has additional experience in municipal operations including capital improvement plans, operating budgets, and asset management.

Experience: Mr. De La Peña has extensive experience in the civil engineering field, specifically in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. Mr. De La Peña has performed numerous hydrologic and hydraulic analyses using traditional and advanced applications of HEC-HMS, HEC-1, HEC-RAS (steady and unsteady), HEC-2, XP-SWMM, ICPR, WinStorm, and ArcGIS. His project management and technical experience includes master drainage plans, roadway drainage including storm sewer analysis and design, project impact analysis, detention/mitigation storage analysis, culvert and bridge crossing analyses, bridge scour analyses, outfall studies, and flood insurance studies.

Experience: Engineering executive, with 30 years in the Houston area, working for the City of Houston and consulting firms. Initial experience from 21 years in the Corps of Engineers; joined the City of Houston, Department of Public Works and served as Airport Engineer, Deputy Director and Director of the Greater Houston Wastewater Program. Extensive experience in providing public utility and infrastructure planning, engineering, and construction management. Interest include helping younger engineers reach their goals and shoot his age on the golf course
Frank L. Stephens, PE, ENV SP Director of Wastewater and Water Services Education: BS Civil Engineering, Texas A&M University; MS Civil Engineering, Texas A&M University

Experience: Design of treatment facilities from conceptual phases through final design and construction, including wastewater designs of collection lift stations, WWTP influent lift stations, headworks through treatment and effluent processes, hydraulics analysis, solids and residuals handling, pump and chemical system designs, and process designs. Water designs include improvements of mixed media filters and rehabilitation, high service pump station designs, groundwater well designs, chemical feed systems designs and treatment process improvements. Future interests include water and wastewater treatment technology innovations, managing water quality, and designing high value and cost effective improvements.

Experience: Mr. Bloom manages our sustainability and resilience practice. Since 1991 he has helped to restore environmentally impacted sites, planned and designed resilient public infrastructure facilities, and assisted communities in delivering projects with enhanced economic, social, and environmental (triple bottom line) project outcomes. Mr. Bloom also helps clients use nature-based solutions for environmental mitigation, resilience, sustainability, and stormwater management. He is a national expert in the application of the Envision Sustainable Infrastructure Framework.

Experience: Experience in storm sewer, water quality, and detention pond design, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) permitting process and National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) community rating system. Additional experience in reviewing plans for proposed developments, traffic impact studies, roadway alignments, and right-of-way requirements.

Megan Jordan, PE Project Manager Education: University of Texas at Austin, BS Civil Engineering

Experience: Ms. Jordan is a project manager with over 10 years of experience leading the design and construction of wastewater infrastructure projects, including experience in the public sector as a Supervising Engineer for the City of Houston. She is an expert in managing capital improvement programs and facility upgrades, with expertise in technical oversight, program management, and construction administration. Ms. Jordan brings a comprehensive perspective from working on both municipal and consulting teams, ensuring project delivery within budget, on schedule, and in full regulatory compliance.

Experience:Ms. Jio is a Civil Engineer with a focus in water resources engineering. Her experience includes extensive H&H modeling, project impact analysis, detention/mitigation analysis, storm sewer design. Her recent experience includes analysis of numerous subdivisions that experience flooding during Hurricane Harvey. She has experience with XPSWMM, Infoworks ICM, and ArcGIS.
Tiffanie Williams, PE, CFM Graduate Engineer Education: University of Houston, BS Civil Engineering

Experience:
Ms. William's experience includes extensive H&H modeling, project impact analysis, detention/ mitigation analysis, and storm sewer design. Her recent experience includes HEC- RAS 2D modeling of five major watersheds for the Texas General Land Office. She has completed multiple impact analyses for channel improvement projects for the Harris County Flood Control District. She has experience with HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, QGIS, XPSWMM, and other H&H software packages.

Experience: Mr. Linen's experience includes water and waste water design work, H&H modeling, and extensive GIS analysis. He utilizes python and GIS to manage structural inventories and for inundation analysis. His recent experience includes structural analysis for Benefit Cost Analysis for grant funding.
